ContractorsUSA.info is a contractor referral site which allows homeowners to get one or more price estimates from contractors near their area. There is no cost to the homeowner for this service we provide.

Homeowner is under no obligation to do business with us or any company we refer to them. We highly encourage homeowners to do their own checking with their local Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and other Consumer Advocacy Groups to check on the track record, criminal history and legitimacy of any contractor we refer to you. We also highly encourage you to talk with any potential companies’ past customers to decide if any company’s performance and quality of work meets your own specifications and approval.

If ContractorsUSA.info does not have any contractors listed in certain areas, we reserve the right to sell any Free Estimate Forms we attract in our website to other firms who offer similar services.

ContractorsUSA.info does not own or invest in any of the contractors’ businesses or companies that we refer. By using this website and/or filling out a Free Estimate Form, user agrees to hold ContractorsUSA.info, ContractorsUSA, Inc, its owners or other companies owned by it’s parent company, harmless from any and all claims associated in any way arising from dealings or contracts they enter into with companies or contractors we refer to them or any other contractor or company.

If any part, section or sub-section of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be unlawful, that particular part shall be stricken from this Agreement leaving the rest of the Agreement in full force.
